This is a set of letters from James E. Gibson, nephew of Dr. Bodo Otto who handled the Otto papers and wrote a book based on them. He is writing to the War Department in 1933 requesting information on the medical information and pension records of Nicholas Lott, Joseph Heister, Dr. Robert Harris and Eve Fricker as they relate to Dr. John A. Otto. He is preparing a book on the Otto Surgeons of the Rev. War. Don't know if the book was ever written. |
