   An original letter from Mrs. Buckley H. Modelle states she has an original poster of a sale for the Yellow Springs Spa property. She also has four deeds for lots in the town of Bath and a letter re the property. She offered to give them to the Yellow Springs archives. Also included is a copy of a letter from the Crawford County Historical Society (Meadville, PA) discussing a document between Dr. Samuel Kennedy and Colonel James Bones.
