This is an oak bench that is pegged together. It was part of the furnishings used at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts Summer School at Chester Springs. It is believed to have been made on site in the carpentry shop.

Sculpture of Roman woman's upper body (bust) on short pedestal. indications with way plaster was formed that she is wearing a V-neck sleeveless shirt with her hair pulled back in a bun. Pointy nose. Made during the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts period.

American Youth Hostel. Donated by Vince Spangler. Found on the Washington Building at Yellow Springs during the Good News Production Era. Two screws are with the object as well for that was how it was hanging up on the building. On it is written 3-12-1992 Spangler. Lettering and border in blue. rest white. AYH are the letters in blue.

Empty movie reel from the Good News productions era here at Yellow Springs. There is a sticker on both sides of the reel that says Valley Forge Films, Inc. Chester Springs, Pennsylvania 19425. It has a triangle of circles that are not lined up on the surface of the reel.

Top part of casing for actual film reel. Sticker on it that says "A Good News Production Title: Buttonwood Inn Produced for: Print No. 6-Color Date Valley Forge Films Chester Springs Pennsylvania. This sticker is red with offwhite writing. Underneath of it is writing going around in a circle.

Actual Film reel. Has eight circles going around the inside of the reel. The reel tape, outside layer, says Buttonwood Inn, Print 6-C. Reel filled with film tape.

Movie reel with a yellow plastic piece in the middle of the reel. Four circular holes in it, the two sides however do not match up. Engraved in the center is Hollywood Film Company Patent 2881985. Illegible markings on one side of the reel.

Make-up mirror frame used for the actors and actresses during the Good News Productions era. Has eight places where you could screw in light bulbs (three on each side, two on the top). Made by Vince Spangler. Tested on June 2, 2008 and it still works!

Used during the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts period and possibly the Good News Productions period. Board painted a blueish/grey. Says Girl's building on the top left. Hooks popping out of board, six rows, seven columns. Keys sporadically placed. Tags to many of the keys saying what they are. Opens up like a book. Outside is just plain.
