Oil on linen landscape depiction of a town. In the left foreground there is a road that leads to a tree with three barrels surrounding it. In the right foreground is a blue building with bright red trim and a brown "W" painted on the front, which is probably the beginning of "Walter and Jackson". There is a gas pump to the left of the building with a pile of snow to its right. |

On verso is a figure painting of a nude woman. There is a white notecard stapled to the top left corner of the back of the stretcher that says, "View From Walter and Jackson c. 1950, by Doris Weidner" in black pen. "17 3/4 x 28" written in black marker on the left side of the frame. "RICH" written in pencil on the top center of the stretcher. "Christiana Pa, Doris Weidner c. 1948" written in pencil on the bottom of the stretcher. "18 x 28" written in black pen and then crossed out with black marker on the lower right of stretcher. |
