Scope & Content |
In this letter from George Hartman to Abraham Olwine, Mr. Hartman discusses the Yellow Springs spa property and its conveyance from Col. James Bones to Mr. Olwine. It appears that Col. Bones had sold and disposed of some of the lots but the deeds may not have been recorded. Mr. Hartman thinks it is a "labour in vain" to search for these records, but will do so if Olwine so desires. |
