   This photocopied document lists descriptions of all lands, lots, buildings and wharves in Pikeland and Uwchlan Townships in 1798. Frederick Holman is listed as occupying land owned by Thomas Ruston Kennedy at the site of the Yellow Springs spa. The Chester County Historical Society Bulletin shows Kennedy getting the land and the assesment of 1799 for Fredrick Holman.
